So Steve and Jen's show was a success. They sold some pieces and lots of people stopped by. Thanks to everyone who showed their support. For those of you who bought pieces don't forget, they are heavy so bend your knees when you pick them up!

So I was thinking this morning as I got out of my car why is my back so sore this morning? Was it the 20 minute struggle I had to get my laptop into the front seat this morning from the back seat? All that yanking and twisting with my back twisted sure did make me sore. So heres my thought...when sitting in your car there is almost twice the amount of pressure in your back verses when you stand. The people who are at risk for developing "car related injuries" are not those who sit for long periods rather those who drive short distances with frequent stops. Getting in and out can be considered a new form of exercise. Relax at the wheel and some pressure will be relieved in your spine. Always adjust your seat every time you get in the car. Take regular breaks from driving. Do your exercises while in traffic....squeeze your bum (hehe!), do side bends, do those neck stretches I've taught you, and shoulder shrugs. Do not unload your items in the back seat while you are in the front, just get out of the car and open the back door (trust me the extra seconds will save you from several visits with me!). Maybe I should take my own advise. Oh and don't wear tight clothes...let the blood circulate throughout your legs freely. Most importantly drive safe and I'll see you soon!
